The Promotion That Changed Everything: A Business Fable for Defeating Imposter Syndrome with Positive Psychology
In 2025, Renee graduated with a Doctorate in Business Administration where she studied the "Impacts of Coaching and Positive Psychology on Imposter Syndrome in the Workplace." This book is a cumulation of her research and her 20+ years spent in corporate America where she herself struggled with imposter syndrome.
In 2024, Renee was fortunate to share a part of her story on the TEDxTullahoma stage. In her talk, she explores the feelings of disappointment many experience when we finally get everything we thought we wanted. Renee shares how she learned to embrace her journey and take in every moment of life.
